1. Where We Ship
MithilaWaale currently delivers across India to all serviceable pin codes via our logistics partners. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery availability.
2. Shipping Charges
- Free delivery on orders of ₹499 and above.
- For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹59 applies.
- Shipping charges, if any, are displayed clearly at checkout before you pay.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are typically packed within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched with tracking details where available.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote / North-East / J&K areas: 7–12 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, courier delays, festivals, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you can track your order from your account orders page or using the tracking link sent to your registered email or phone number.
6. Packaging
All food products are packed hygienically using food-grade materials. Fragile and perishable items are cushioned and sealed to minimise damage in transit. We ship from Darbhanga, Bihar.
7. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Orders
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate at checkout.
- Couriers typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If undelivered, the package may be returned to us.
- Re-shipping charges may apply for orders returned due to incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for resolution details.
