• We sell authentic Mithila food products. Product images are representative; slight variations in colour or packaging may occur.
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices, product availability, and descriptions without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout.
• We may limit order quantities per customer or per address to ensure fair availability.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order confirmation is subject to product availability and successful payment verification.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other methods as displayed at checkout).
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. Any amount charged will be refunded.

Delivery terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.

Our return and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering or placing orders.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MithilaWaale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory consumer protection laws in India.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Darbhanga, Bihar, India.
